Been to a place I pinned years ago.
Pinned it just because of a K-drama.
Not a special temple,
but the river beside it looks beautiful in drone shots.

Nothing special about the view,
but loved the light when me and my friends arrived.

這間廟我標在地圖好久了
真的沒想到有一天能來
因為這間廟
單純就是看韓劇裡
當時空拍主角走在廟旁河畔畫面很美才來的
還有這間廟很特別
這邊牆上有很多過世的人的牌位
還有一個建築好美問了泰國朋友是燒遺體的地方（朋友的說法：泰國人通往天堂的地方）

雖然沒什麼特色意外捕捉了好美的光影畫面

reminisce that I watched some Thai movies on Netflix during the pandemic.
these movies always showed this big Buddha statue.
I told myself next time I’m in Bangkok, I have to see it.

finally, in 2023, the day before the Songkran festival.
my friend from Bangkok went there with me.
Big thanks to my friend !
since I didn‘t Google a lot how to get there...haha

those little alleys, the local streets, and the tuk-tuks that are more like songthaews.
I’m so grateful to have a friend who knows the way.
We went through some alleys and got to the most popular photo spot at Wat Paknam.
I didn’t even have to do any research, just followed my friend.

If you’re taking a boat,
they say the cheapest way is to get on from inside Wat Paknam ~

還記得在疫情時期在Netflix看了幾部泰國電影
都會拍到這尊大佛像
那時就心心念念下次到曼谷一定要去拍

感謝我的曼谷朋友帶我去
那些小巷、當地街區才有的像雙條的嘟嘟車
都多虧熟門熟路的朋友帶路
穿過小巷來到了水門寺最多人拍照的點
我完全不用做功課無腦跟著朋友到達

如果要搭船的話
據說是去水門寺裡面搭最便宜 ~

almost 6 years since I last came to the Grand Palace.
I went with my friends during the New Year‘s celebration from 2023 to 2024.

I forgot that on 1/1, everyone takes time off from work,
so we couldn’t get in to take tour since there are so many ppl.

but don‘t worry,
I had a plan B
yeah~ we could still go to the coffee shops on the other side of Wat Arun.

but......damnnnnnn
haha still
too many ppl,
so every coffee shop didn’t have free seats.

Don‘t know when I’ll have time to go to the Grand Palace again.
If I have time to visit BKK again, I hope I can go there again.

大概6年沒來大皇宮
跨年隔天來
我完全忘記這是大家都放假的日子
想當然是進不去的

只好改B計畫
去附近的咖啡店看鄭王廟日落
結果...哈哈靠
真的是計畫趕不上變化
每間打電話去都是滿滿滿

大皇宮不知道何時還有時間再進去參觀
裡面真的很大
很有看頭
有機會還會想再去
